What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, guest numbers, room preference and your message. When you place a meal pre-order we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the day of your order, the items requested, how you would like them — delivered to your room or collected from reception — and any notes you add. No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this website.
How we use it
Enquiry and pre-order details are used for one purpose only: to respond to you and arrange your stay or your meals. Your details are sent to the motel so the team can reply, and a copy is kept in the motel's records. We never sell or share your information with anyone else, and we never send marketing email.
Bookings made elsewhere
Online bookings are completed through the motel's booking engine, operated by a third-party booking partner. That engine has its own privacy practices, which apply to the details you enter when booking. If you book by phone or email, your details are handled directly by the motel.
Keeping your information safe
Enquiry and pre-order details are stored securely and are visible only to the motel's team through a password-protected admin panel. Access is limited to staff who need it to look after your stay.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call the motel or speak to us in person.
